You can relax outside next to the frozen waterfall or get active with a range of outdoor activities like snowmobiling and ice climbing. the food and drinks, prepared by highly skilled chefs, are exceptional, and communal meals allow you to meet other guests. the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

Some of the appliances in the cabin are outdated.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxurious amenities and personalized service. the indoor swimming pool and spa centre were exceptional, and the room advantages were exclusive and comfortable. Breakfasts were a delight, and the private facilities were perfect for relaxing. the location advantages were also great for outdoor activities.

Our only minor issue was with the outdoor swimming pool, which was not as hot as we expected. this was a minor drawback and did not impact our overall experience.
